An apology to my followers–and to those who have liked these posts and looked forward to reading more. I have been pre-occupied with Life! 🙂
I’ve also been thinking long and hard about how I want to spend my time. I love online community, and understand how powerful and important social media networking is–and I love writing and sharing, but it’s important to me to balance work online and life in my real-world community–to attend to my responsibilities as a mother (they’re men now, but they still need me), also as a daughter and friend, including being a friend to myself, which means taking care of my health. So in relation to my online work…
I want to foster community that supports and empowers people to use mindfulness in health care–physical, emotional and spiritual health-and experience joy doing it! (Sometimes we forget the happy part of mindfulness! 🙂
I need a website for my work that includes this blog and I hope to launch September/October. It will embrace the 3 areas I’ve tried to emphasis in these posts: knowledge (understanding your condition/level of wellness), creativity (approaching whatever you do with a creative mindset) and mindfulness (soulfulness, spirit–whatever you choose to call it).
