I discovered Victoria Boutenko several years ago when I was learning about raw foods. She uses green smoothies to incorporate greens in the diet. Here’s her daughter, Valya, showing you how to make a great green smoothie every time:
I have a green smoothie every morning. I am about 70% raw but I’m not a fanatic about it. Which is why I like Victoria. She used to espouse a 100% raw diet but has since realized it’s not realistic for everyone, and that you have to meet people where they are. I agree.
